A utterly gorgeous mid 1930s crepe dress.  Dark brown rayon crepe.  The is an attached "over shirt" with fluttery cape-like sleeves that belts around the waist.  The bodice and sleeves are accented with sheer panels and brown polka dots.  Classic mid 1930s straight skirt.  Side snaps.  Although the dress does have a flaw, it is still very wearable and a stunning example from the Old Hollywood era.  More photos are available upon request.

NOTE:  the color of the dress is a true dark brown.  The photos were lightened a bit and the contrast intensified to more clearly show any flaws.

Condition      Overall good.  Structurally, the dress is in amazing condition.  Unfortunately, it has suffered from a common condition with 1930s crepe - fading.  There is fading on one side of the skirt (see photos; more photos available upon request).  There is also a small spot of fading at the neckline, but this can be covered with the over-blouse.  Priced accordingly; sold AS IS.
